We meet at the site or at your kitchen table. Goals, constraints, the version of the house you actually want to live in — captured in writing before drawings start.

Design coordination
We work directly with your architect (or one we introduce). Drawings, structural, mechanical, finishes — coordinated so trades don't fight each other in the field.

Pre-construction
Engineering, surveying, geotechnical, soils. Permits submitted, comments resolved. Constructability flagged in writing before a single trade arrives.

Vertical construction
Foundation, framing, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, envelope. Weekly progress reports, one builder on point through every trade.

Finish work
Cabinetry, stone, tile, paint, finish carpentry. The trade where rushed jobs reveal themselves; ours reads as careful.

Walk + warranty
