01 / The plans
What sizes are these ADU floor plans?
Three sizes. Bellecielo is 830 sq ft with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Elega is 500 sq ft with one bedroom and one bathroom. Casielo is 387 sq ft with one bedroom and one bathroom. Each one is a real Avorino build, not a catalogue drawing.
Can I change the layout of an ADU floor plan?
Yes. These are starting points rather than fixed kits. Avorino's in-house design team adapts the plan to your lot, your finishes, and your budget, and plan adjustments are calibrated to your setbacks and grade.
Do the plans include architectural and structural drawings?
Yes. Custom architectural plans and structural engineering are included, and Title 24 energy calculations are handled in-house.
Do I need a separate ADU floor plan for a garage conversion?
Usually yes. A garage conversion works within an existing footprint and existing walls, so the layout is driven by what is already there. Casielo is the closest of the three to that footprint, and Avorino handles conversions as well as new detached builds.
