Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Avorino ("Avorino," "we," "us," or "our") — a licensed Orange County design-build contractor, California General-B License #1107538 — collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit avorino.com, use our online tools, submit a form, or otherwise contact us.

By using the site or providing your information to us, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit your information.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a contact, estimate, quote, scheduling, cheat-sheet, careers, or commercial form — or use one of our calculators — you may provide your name, email address, phone number, property address, project type, budget range, timeline, and any details you include in a message or upload.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically collect technical data: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, time on page, and similar usage data through cookies and first-party analytics. For our own analytics we store a randomly generated visitor identifier in your browser and a shortened version of your IP address so we can recognize return visits and understand how the site is used.

Marketing attribution. We may record how you reached us (for example, Google Ads click identifiers such as gclid, and UTM campaign tags) so we can measure which campaigns are effective.

How we use your information

We use your information to: respond to your inquiry and provide a written project read or estimate; schedule and conduct consultations; coordinate and deliver design and construction services; contact you by phone, text message, and email (see "How we communicate with you" below); send marketing and promotional messages about our services, offers, and updates where permitted; operate, secure, debug, and improve the site and our tools; measure advertising and marketing performance; and comply with legal, tax, warranty, and accounting obligations.

How we communicate with you

When you provide your phone number to Avorino — through any form on this site or to a representative — you agree that we may contact you at that number by phone call and by text message (SMS/MMS), including for follow-up, scheduling, project coordination, and marketing or promotional messages about our services.

These communications may be sent using automated technology where applicable. Consent to marketing calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies.

You can opt out at any time: reply STOP to any text message to stop texts (reply HELP for help), use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or tell us by phone or at construction@avorino.com to stop calls. We may still send you non-marketing messages about an active project or transaction.

Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, to remember form progress, for first-party analytics, and to measure advertising performance. We also use Google advertising cookies for remarketing — after you visit our site, you may see Avorino ads on other websites and services based on that visit (sometimes called interest-based advertising).

You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the site works. You can opt out of Google's personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com, or opt out of remarketing entirely by emailing construction@avorino.com. Our first-party analytics data is used to improve our service — we do not sell it.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business and serve you: with service providers who operate the site and our communications on our behalf (for example, hosting and edge infrastructure, our email/SMTP provider, and our telephony/SMS provider, JustCall); with professional partners on your project when you authorize it (such as an architect, engineer, lender, or surveyor); with advertising and analytics platforms for attribution and remarketing (advertising cookies and identifiers used to show you our ads elsewhere may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law — see "Your privacy rights" to opt out); and when required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Data retention

We keep inquiry and project records for as long as needed to provide our services and for a reasonable period afterward — typically up to seven years — to meet tax, warranty, accounting, and legal requirements. You may request earlier deletion as described below, subject to records we are required to retain.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and limit access to those who need it.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access the personal information we hold about you, request a copy, request correction or deletion, and opt out of marketing communications. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct, and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell your personal information; our use of advertising cookies for remarketing may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, and you can opt out at any time — email construction@avorino.com, adjust Google's Ads Settings at adssettings.google.com, or block advertising cookies in your browser. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

To exercise any right, email construction@avorino.com or call (714) 900-3676. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites or tools we don't control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies; we are not responsible for them. Review their policies before providing information.

Children's privacy

The site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page; your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
