Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of avorino.com (the "Site"), its tools, and any services offered through it, operated by Avorino, a licensed Orange County design-build contractor (California General-B License #1107538). By using the Site or submitting any form, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Use of the site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes to learn about Avorino and request our services. You agree not to misuse the Site — including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, scrape or harvest data, submit false information, or use it in violation of any law.

Content & intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, photographs, renderings, drawings, logos, and design — is owned by Avorino or used with permission and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial reference. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use requires our prior written permission.

Estimates & tools are not binding offers

The Site is informational. Cost ranges, ROI figures, eligibility reads, timelines, and any calculator or AI tool output are general estimates for planning only — they are not quotes, appraisals, or guarantees. Actual pricing, scope, financing, and schedule are determined only by a signed Avorino proposal, contract, and change orders. Nothing on the Site creates a contract or a promise of any specific result.

Form submissions

When you submit a form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it, including any phone number you enter. We handle submissions in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Consent to be contacted — calls, texts & marketing

By submitting your phone number, email, or other contact information through the Site or to an Avorino representative, you expressly consent to be contacted by Avorino — and by people or vendors acting on our behalf — at the phone number(s) and email address(es) you provide.

This includes: (a) phone calls; (b) text messages (SMS and MMS); and (c) marketing and promotional communications about our services, offers, events, and updates — in addition to transactional messages such as replies, scheduling, and project coordination. You agree these communications may be made or sent using automated technology, including an automatic telephone dialing system and prerecorded or artificial-voice messages where applicable.

You understand that consent to receive marketing calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Avorino. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. We may also send a confirmation text after you submit a form.

You can withdraw consent at any time: reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts (reply HELP for help), click unsubscribe in any marketing email, or contact us at construction@avorino.com or (714) 900-3676 to stop calls. Withdrawing marketing consent will not stop messages strictly related to an active project or transaction. This section reflects your agreement under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act.

SMS / text messaging program

Avorino's text messages are sent through our telephony provider (JustCall). By opting in, you consent to receive recurring texts from Avorino. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and project. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to cancel at any time; after you text STOP we will send one confirmation and then stop texting that number. Reply HELP for help, or contact construction@avorino.com / (714) 900-3676. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Third-party links & tools

The Site may reference or link to third-party sites and tools, including Avorino calculators hosted on separate subdomains. Those resources are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

Disclaimers

The Site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that estimates or tool outputs will be accurate for your specific project.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avorino is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or its tools. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid, if any, for services purchased directly through the Site.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Avorino and its team from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the Site or these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Changes take effect when posted; your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
