Permits & process

A remodel at this scope involves plumbing and electrical permits plus any wall changes — Orange's standard residential path, handled and inspected end-to-end.

The build

Whole-home work succeeds on sequencing. Rooms that are remodelled one at a time, months apart, end up looking like separate jobs; running them as one project is what keeps the finishes and the transitions consistent.
